Short, and in plain language. If anything here is unclear, email us and ask.
If you submit the contact form, we receive the name, email, company, revenue range, and message you enter. If you download a resource, we receive your email and, optionally, your name.
That's it. We don't ask for financial details through this website, and you should never send account numbers or credentials by email.
We use it to reply to you. Contact form submissions and resource downloads are sent to our own inbox and answered by a person.
We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list because you downloaded something. If we ever start sending a newsletter, you'll be asked first.
We use privacy-friendly website analytics to understand which pages are read. It doesn't use cookies to follow you across other websites and doesn't collect personal information.
If advertising is running, this site may also load the Meta Pixel and Google Ads tags. These are used to measure whether an ad led to an enquiry, and they set cookies. You can block them with any standard ad or tracker blocker, and the website works normally if you do.
Form submissions are delivered by email through Resend and stored in our email inbox. Website hosting is provided by Vercel. Both may process data outside Canada.
Enquiries are kept while there's a reason to — an active conversation, or an ongoing client relationship and the records that legally have to be retained alongside it. Enquiries that don't go anywhere are deleted once they're clearly stale.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we'll do it — no form to fill in.
You can opt out of any email from us by replying and saying so.

This page describes how the website handles enquiries. It isn't legal advice, and it doesn't cover the separate engagement terms that apply once you become a client.
